Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Contract Event Helper to assist with various tasks during events in Richmond, VA. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well under pressure. Responsibilities include setting up and breaking down event spaces, assisting with guest services, managing supplies, and ensuring a smooth operation throughout the event.

Must be able to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods. Prior experience in event assistance or hospitality is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with the setup and teardown of event spaces.

- Manage event supplies and materials.

- Provide support to event staff and guests.

- Ensure a clean and organized event environment.

- Perform other duties as assigned.
