Job Description:

We are seeking a Contract Event Helper to assist with the planning and execution of events in Richmond, VA. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen attention to detail. Responsibilities include setting up and breaking down event spaces, assisting with guest registration, managing event materials, and providing general support to ensure events run smoothly.

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the setup and breakdown of event spaces - Manage guest registration and check-in processes - Handle event materials and supplies - Provide on-site support during events - Ensure the cleanliness and organization of event areas - Assist with any other tasks as needed to ensure successful event execution
