Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Contract Event Helper to assist in the smooth execution of various events. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to perform various event-related tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

- Assist with event setup and breakdown, including arranging tables, chairs, and decor - Support event coordinators with logistics and planning - Greet and direct guests, providing excellent customer service - Help manage registration and check-in processes - Ensure cleanliness and organization of event spaces - Handle any additional tasks as assigned by the event manager

Skills:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed - Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects - Basic understanding of event planning and coordination

Qualifications:
