Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Event Helper to assist with various tasks during our upcoming events. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, be detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with event setup and breakdown, including arranging tables, chairs, and decorations - Greet and direct guests as they arrive at the event - Provide support to event coordinators and staff as needed - Ensure the event space remains clean and organized throughout the event - Assist with registration, ticketing, and guest inquiries - Help manage event timelines and schedules - Handle any additional tasks as assigned by event coordinators

Qualifications:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities - Excellent verbal communication skills - Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing situations - Attention to detail - Previous event experience is a plus - Reliable transportation to and from the event location - Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) as needed
