As an Industrial Engineer Intern
, you will embark on an exciting 3‑month journey, working on impactful projects that allow you to develop essential engineering skills and contribute to meaningful advancements in our products and processes. This is an on‑site position and is located in Richmond, CA.

• Collect and analyze operational data including machine capacity, cycle times, labor availability, and resource constraints.
• Update and validate the Machine Matrix to improve accuracy of equipment capability and utilization tracking.
• Support development of capacity and resource models to forecast load, identify bottlenecks, and simulate production scenarios.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, and Production teams to gather inputs and verify modeling assumptions.
• Build dashboards or visual summaries to present capacity findings and recommended improvements.
• Participate in digital‑transformation initiatives aimed at increasing data visibility and decision‑making accuracy.
• Document processes, findings, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
