Licensed PLS Surveyor

A company is looking for a PLS Surveyor to supervise a team for complex land surveying assignments and ensure quality control of work products.

Key Responsibilities Supervise and train staff, conduct performance evaluations, and manage recruitment Oversee land surveys, manage project priorities, and ensure quality control of survey-related products Communicate business goals to the team and manage client expectations regarding land survey procedures

Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred, with 3-5 years of relevant experience Licensed PLS in multiple states, preferably including Texas 3-5 years of experience in field and office surveying Proficiency in AutoCAD, Carlson, ArcGIS, GPS, total stations, and lidar Strong leadership and team development skills
