Qualifications
- U.S. citizen
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in an ABET-accredited engineering program or a NAAB-accredited architecture program
- Meet Navy officer age requirements (typically commissioned before age 42; waivers may be available)
- Physically qualified for military service
- Eligible for a security clearance
- Demonstrated leadership potential and strong academic performance
