This is a full-time, on-site role based in Richmond, VA for a Senior Service Engineer. The Senior Service Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting complex issues, and maintaining and repairing various systems or equipment. The role will also involve conducting field service operations, effectively managing maintenance activities, and ensuring optimal equipment performance. Strong communication skills will be essential for collaborating with clients and internal teams, while meeting quality and safety standards.

• Expertise in Troubleshooting and problem-solving with technical systems or equipment
• Field Service experience with a focus on delivering effective on-site solutions
• Strong Communication skills to interact with clients and team members professionally
• Proficiency in providing Technical Support for equipment and operational processes
• Experience in Maintenance & Repair of complex systems and ensuring high performance
• Ability to meet safety standards and manage responsibilities in an on-site setting
• Background in mechanical, electrical, or related engineering fields is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or relevant technical discipline, or equivalent experience
