This Position reports to:
Project Manager - Operations

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support assigned aspects by the Project Manager within planning, execution, and monitoring. Ensure that all related activities are performed in accordance with ABB policy, relevant cybersecurity regulations and standards, contractual agreements, quality standards, Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements, financial targets, and schedule commitments.

The work model for the role is:
Onsite

• Ensures compliance with standard ABB internal directives and procedure(s), relevant cybersecurity regulations, standards, and contractual requirements.
• Support the monitoring of performance for the resources allocated to projects.
• Leads the project team, establishes the project execution approach, and oversees project hand-over, execution planning, and monitoring and control activities for internal and external resources to accomplish all project goals.
• Supports (when required) the collection of needs for the cross‑functional of the resources allocated to the projects for their development and process improvement to continually increase the effectiveness of project execution, especially in smaller units.

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration related field.
• Proven experience of at least 2 years in project coordination or support, preferably within manufacturing of mechanical, electrical or electronic products.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
