Sales Engineer

We’re looking for a Sales Engineer who enjoys blending technical expertise with relationship-building. You’ll work closely with our sales team and customers to design smart, practical solutions that solve real-world problems. This role is perfect for someone who loves explaining complex ideas in a clear, approachable way and wants to make a real impact in a close-knit organization.

• Partner with sales to understand customer needs and recommend the right technical solutions
• Serve as the technical expert during sales meetings, demos, and presentations
• Design and propose customized solutions that align with customer goals and budgets
• Translate technical concepts into clear, customer-friendly language
• Support the sales process from initial discovery through implementation and handoff
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and leadership to ensure solutions are feasible and effective
• Build long-term relationships by being a trusted advisor to customers
• Stay current on product offerings, industry trends, and emerging technologies

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or technical sales role
• Strong communication skills—you can explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• A consultative mindset with a genuine interest in helping customers succeed
• Comfortable working in a smaller, family-owned environment where collaboration matters
• Organized, curious, and able to manage multiple opportunities at once
