• Learn AutoCAD and Civil 3‑D software, applying Bohler’s CAD standards to produce plan sets
• Modify conceptual plans through full construction documents under engineering guidance
• Create and revise detail sheets, secondary plans, and project layouts
• Review your own drawings for completeness and accuracy
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to resolve drafting or design issues
• Assist with document organization, plan formatting, and digital file management

• Hands‑on training with AutoCAD and Civil 3‑D on active land development projects
• Exposure to site layout, grading, utility, and drainage design fundamentals

• Clear pathways toward CAD Designer and Quality Manager roles

• High School diploma or technical certificate in computer‑aided design (or equivalent experience)
• 0–1+ years of AutoCAD experience;
  Civil 3‑D exposure preferred
• Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn
• Clear communication skills and a proactive approach
• Desire to grow within a collaborative, high‑performing team

• Base pay range: $55,000 - $90,000 (subject to approval)
