- Closeout redlines, test audits, lessons learned, warranties, and product submittals.
- Redline management: oversee changes to the statement of work (SoW); field engineers complete redlines and submit to engineering; engineering maintains internal calendars and tracking for finalization.
- Build-out redlining prioritization, including measurements, equipment placements, grounding/bonding, and verification that infrastructure is installed to design/spec; finalize redlines for closeout when changes occur.
- Fiber scope: use internal tracker to reflect past changes; verify fiber scope per IES design updates.
- Copper scope: use internal tracker for close-out; field engineer may serve as point of contact to ensure print-ready installations and redline/submit as needed; verify before close-out.
- Network: coordinate with team to configure required redlines if needed; field engineer leads these responsibilities.
- RFI referencing/implementation: field engineer references RFIs on redlines as a final task before QA review; acceptance/rejection communications to applicable teams.
- Test audits: field engineer verifies cables, builds audits aligned with prints; ensure 100% alignment with prints; create and provide audits to team; manage retests with expected completion dates; finalize audits after retests; align with project schedule.
