Join the dynamic Water/Wastewater Group at Timmons Group. The role involves civil site design tasks for a variety of water and wastewater infrastructure projects in a fast‑paced environment that values teamwork, training and ownership.

• Use professional judgment to independently complete assigned engineering designs.
• Lead and execute civil site design tasks across diverse infrastructure projects.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers and mentor junior engineers.
• Perform QA/QC reviews to ensure technical accuracy.
• Make impactful design decisions that align with client goals and project timelines.
• Identify and resolve technical, scheduling, or financial challenges.
• Support construction oversight and respond to contractor inquiries.
• Contribute to proposals, cost estimates, and client communications.
• Act as a technical expert on assigned projects and, when required, serve as Project Manager on smaller or specialty projects.

• At least three years of design/engineering experience in municipal infrastructure.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Experience with other engineering automation tools (Revit, BIM 360) is preferred.
• Strong technical verbal and written communication skills; ability to read technical literature and engineering plans.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; ability to apply professional knowledge to routine and non‑routine tasks.
• Effective two‑way communication with internal staff.
