• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Construction, or a related field required
• 3-5 years of HVAC industry experience in project management or estimating preferred.
• Strong familiarity with commercial HVAC systems and design.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Exceptional math skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Collaborative and proactive attitude with excellent communication skills.
