MEP Manager - Industrial & Manufacturing Construction

MEP Manager - Industrial & Manufacturing Construction — lead the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing scopes on large-scale industrial and manufacturing projects — from mission critical data centers to complex manufacturing facilities up to $200M. Experience with cold storage and food & beverage processing is a plus.

• Oversee all MEP systems from preconstruction through commissioning to ensure schedule, budget, quality, safety, and client satisfaction
• Coordinate design, installation, and integration of MEP systems with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Lead subcontractor selection, negotiation, and performance management for MEP trades
• Review and approve MEP shop drawings, submittals, and RFIs to maintain design intent and code compliance
• Monitor progress, conduct quality inspections, and proactively resolve technical and schedule issues before they impact the project
• Build strong relationships with trade partners and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and repeat business

• 3–5+ years of experience managing MEP scopes on large-scale industrial/manufacturing projects
• Proven ability to deliver $50M–$200M+ projects successfully from design coordination through commissioning
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, with ability to identify and solve complex issues
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with project management software, BIM tools, and construction documentation
• A track record of delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget
