- Job Responsibilities
- Help develop and execute an integrated digital strategy — including but not limited to social media, content creation, and website management
- Manage the Digital Associate
- Assist with internal digital operations and processes
- Lead on drafting and posting social media copy across platforms
- Identify new opportunities for online engagement and track digital trends to further amplify the Governor’s message
- Assist with capturing content as needed
- Track analytics and data
- All other duties as assigned
- Required Qualifications
- At least (3) three years of professional experience managing social media platforms for a public official, organization, brand, or political candidate
- Proficiency in graphic design software or programs, such as Canva or Adobe Suite
- Excellent writing skills and close attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage and complete multiple projects under competing and tight deadlines
This position requires the successful completion of a criminal background check. Please note that this position will serve at the pleasure of the Governor.
