As a reggio-inspired program, we are looking for educators who genuinely find joy and inspiration in exploring materials and creating together with children. Our successful candidate believes in relationship-based learning and will commit to building positive teacher-parent and teacher-child relationships.
LocationRichmond, BC (Cambie and 5 road, Mitchell Elementary)
Hours18 - 40 hours per week (read job posting below for more specifics)
PayRate of pay: as per our contract grid, 24.50 - 25.50 per hour, based on relevant experience, plus WE if eligible

About UsWe are a Reggio-inspired Not-For-Profit society running programs for children 0 - 12 in Richmond and Vancouver BC. This position is for a Manager for our School Aged After School Care program (located at Mitchell Elementary).
Our educators who find a life-long home with us are those who genuinely want to grow and learn. We have high professional standards, and our educators are able to meet the BCQAS exceeding standards in their planning, environment and relationships. We believe in research-based teaching, and participate in professional development to support ongoing learning.
Qualifications- No license is required for this position, ECE is preferred
- Ability to meet BCQAS exceeding standards in planning, environment and relationships
- Manage the School Aged After School Care program (located at Mitchell Elementary).
- Commit to building positive teacher-parent and teacher-child relationships.
- Engage in relationship-based learning with children and families; participate in ongoing professional development.
