Part‑Time | Monday – Friday Afternoon hours (1 pm to 5 pm)

The After‑School Teacher Aide supports the Lead Teacher in supervising and engaging school‑age children in structured activities that promote learning, creativity, and positive social interaction.

• Supervise and engage children during after‑school hours
• Assist with homework support and tutoring
• Help organize recreational and educational activities
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment
• Support positive behavior and social development
• Build respectful and supportive relationships with children and families
• Follow Foundations Learning Academy policies and safety procedures

• Patient and caring with children
• Responsible and dependable
• Positive and energetic
• Able to work well as part of a team
• Organized and attentive to safety

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with children preferred
• Must pass criminal background and central registry check
• CPR / First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
