The role involves delivering horticulture training to male participants (learners) who have a court mandated community work order. The aim of the training is for participants to learn valuable horticulture and employability skills through the growing and harvesting fresh vegetables and herbs.
Ideally you will have experience working in community education and have an empathy for participants involved in the Justice system
This position is 1 day per week and would ideally suit someone who wants part time work and work life balance.
