Open positions are part of the Blue Ridge Community College’s effort to build a pool of potential applicants for credit adjunct teaching positions in Communication Studies & Theater. The role may include teaching one or more basic first‑year communication courses that concentrate on public speaking, presentation, interpersonal and intercultural communication. Teaching demonstration may be required.

Work Schedule:

May be combination of day, evening, online, and/or hybrid courses.

• May be required to perform other duties as assigned.
• May be required to assist the agency or state government generally in the event of an emergency declaration by the Governor.

• Master’s Degree is required, with at least 18 graduate credit hours in the specific discipline.
