Job Description:
Workforce Solutions is accepting applications for instructors to teach in a variety of programming areas. Classes may be offered in person, with occasional hybrid delivery, and may be scheduled during the day, evenings, or weekends.
Teach workforce courses, which may include hybrid, online, distance learning and on-campus formats, during the day, evenings and weekends. Teach in updated state-of-the-art labs using equipment and tools for hands-on learning with students. Provide lessons and materials as part of course delivery. May offer both open enrollment college courses and customized training for area businesses and corporations.

High School Diploma or equivalent. Non-credit courses require substantial experience in field of expertise. Associate degree or equivalent in teaching field preferred.
About the RoleTeaching positions are primarily in-person, but occasionally instruction may be hybrid if necessary. These positions are part-time and contracted on a course-by-course basis as needed. Programs focus on credentials and skill enhancement rather than degree attainment. Classes may be offered at Middletown, Fauquier, or Luray-Page County Campus locations or off-site locations.
