Full Time Infant Teacher

River Road Early Learning Center is looking for dedicated individuals who possess a passion for early childhood education and a genuine love for working with infants. This role requires patience, creativity, and a deep understanding of infant developmental milestones. An infant Teacher plays a fundamental role in the early development stages of a child's life, providing nurturing care and stimulating educational activities that promote cognitive, emotional, and physical growth.

• Monitoring and assessing the developmental progress of each child.
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and healthy classroom environment.
• Providing regular communication and updates to parents regarding their child's progress.
• Supporting emotional and social development by encouraging understanding of others and positive self-concepts.
• Ensuring compliance with all state and local regulations related to early childhood education and care.
• Feeding, diapering, and comforting infants as needed.
• Organizing and supervising interactive play activities.
• Encouraging language development through reading, songs, and conversational interactions.
• Collaborating with co-teachers and staff for seamless classroom management.
• Recognizing and addressing any special needs or dietary requirements.
• Communicates frequently with children throughout the day, naming objects, actions, using who, what, when, where, and why, and open-ended questions.
• Build positive relationships with families.
• Reliable
• Work between the hours of 7:30 am-5:30 pm.
