School Psychologist – 2025–2026 School Year

Ampersand Therapy is hiring a School Psychologist for the remainder of the 2025–2026 school year in Charles City, VA! We’re a therapist and women-founded company that began in Washington state and is now also proudly local to Virginia. Our mission is simple: create a better, more supportive employment experience for school-based providers.

• Start Date: January 2026
• Schedule: Full-Time
• Setting: In-Person
• Location: Charles City Public Schools
• Primary Duties:
  • Student evaluations
  • IEP reports and meeting participation
  • Progress monitoring and documentation
  • School-based collaboration and team support

• Master’s degree in School Psychology (preferred)
• Must possess or be eligible for a valid Virginia Pupil Personnel License with a School Psychologist endorsement
• NASP certification a plus
• Strong skills in assessments, IEP development, collaboration, and communication
