Join Profiles as a Marketing Project Management Specialist. A leader in the financial services industry is hiring a Marketing Project Manager in Richmond, VA, for a full‑time, hybrid contract position (2–4 days onsite).
Responsibilities- Responsible for positive customer growth and response through targeted and personalized direct mail campaigns.
- Responsible for fact‑checking and ensuring detail accuracy. This involves reviewing link lists to verify link correctness and proper display of updates in a QA environment before products go live.
- Editing and proofreading to ensure the quality and technical accuracy of high‑impact marketing material: direct mail, email, mobile apps, SEO, social media, and websites.
- Ensuring adherence of marketing copy and artwork to ADA requirements, federal regulations, legal guidelines, and credit card partnership requirements.
- Ensuring projects follow established process steps, production schedules, and in‑house style guidelines and standards.
- Evaluate campaign performance to create a playbook that outlines key drivers of direct mail performance overall.
- Review intent documentation prior to production kickoff for product and project consistency, accuracy, and completion of detail.
- Quickly and accurately review documents for business/strategic intent, grammatical, typographical, and formatting inconsistencies, discrepancies, and errors.
- 3+ years of experience in direct mail optimization or a related area.
- Associate's degree or related professional experience.
- Proven experience in measuring performance and translating data into actionable objectives.
- Ability to quickly come up to speed, ask relevant questions, and jump in.
- Juggle multiple projects that include direct mail, collateral, posters, internal communications, e‑mail, and web content.
- Standard soft skills: autonomous, collaborative, problem solver, excellent listener, and communicator in both written and verbal.
- Ability to properly prioritize, estimate accurate timelines for process steps, and move things through the process.
- G Suite and Slack knowledge is a plus.
- Experience managing internal and external vendor relationships and partnering closely with various teams.
