The role operates within the practice of a Lens Crafters Subleasing Optometrist as an employee or contracted doctor. As an Associate Doctor of Optometry within the private Independent practice, you will provide high-quality optometric care and service to patients with terms of agreement, practice model, pay and hours negotiated directly with the Subleasing doctor.

Optometrist licensed and qualified to perform full-scope optometric care within the practice model described. Ability to work as part of an Independent Lens Crafters practice with autonomy under the Subleasing doctor agreement.

• Independent Doctor of Optometry affiliated with Lens Crafters (Luxottica).
• Full scope of practice predicated on professional discretion and agreement with the Subleasing Doctor; no company-imposed quotas.
• Flexible scheduling, including part-time commitments or adding to an existing practice schedule.
• Fully furnished office with OD equipment and access to digital eye examination technology (e.g., Clarifye).
• Access to the Daytona Optomap Digital Retinal Imaging System and full technical / pre-testing support.
• Automated online appointment booking and patient recall system.

• Compensation and benefits are determined by multiple factors including geography, experience, qualifications, skills, and local wage requirements.
