• Provide primary‑care services in accordance with Eventus Whole Health site‑specific protocols and standard of care for family, geriatric, and/or internal medicine in long‑term care facilities.
• Review and sign MARs; sign all orders specific for a supervising physician while at the facility and/or within 24 hours if faxed or emailed, include phone orders; review and address labs within 24 hours.
• Manage scheduled medication prescriptions for your facility’s patients following Eventus Whole Health’s Scheduled Medication Rx Policy.
• Allocate adequate time each visit for paperwork and administrative duties.
• Work with facility to manage systems; attend care‑plan meetings and QA/PI meetings as requested.
• On‑call:
  Available to facilities between 8 AM and 5 PM by text or phone on scheduled workdays; triage policies and on‑call duties will be modified as needed.
• Submit copies of documentation and billing records to Eventus Whole Health per billing schedules.
• Maintain open, positive communication with facility staff and administration; provide verbal/written instruction or feedback concerning medications and caregiver information.
• Meet with facility administrator or care coordinator before starting patient visits each day and before leaving each day.
• Adhere to Eventus Whole Health standards, policies, procedures, legal and regulatory rules, professional ethical standards, and HIPAA and CPT coding guidelines.
• Maintain patient confidentiality at all times.

• Licensed MD or DO
• 3+ years in long‑term or geriatric care preferred
• AMDA certification a plus (not mandatory)
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
