We are seeking a motivated Architecture Intern to join our Richmond, Virginia office. This internship provides an opportunity for architecture students to gain hands-on experience supporting design, documentation, and project coordination activities within a multidisciplinary architecture and engineering firm. Interns will work alongside experienced architects and engineers while contributing to real projects and learning about the full project lifecycle from concept through construction.

• Assist with the development of conceptual design materials and presentations.
• Support the preparation of architectural drawings, renderings, and 3D models.
• Assist with construction document production using software such as AutoCAD and Revit.
• Participate in team meetings, design discussions, and internal project reviews.
• Conduct product research and assist with code research under supervision.
• Provide support during construction administration activities and help monitor project documentation systems.
• Perform basic site visits or field documentation as directed.
• Assist with general project support tasks for architecture and engineering teams.
• Perform clerical and organizational tasks including document review, scanning, and maintaining digital project records.
• Document time and expenses and support general administrative coordination as needed.

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Architecture.
• High school diploma required.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with or interest in architectural drafting software such as AutoCAD or Revit.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently when needed.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license.
