About the Position

Dental Hygienist – Richmond, VA – Complete Dental Care of Richmond welcomes an experienced hygienist to provide exceptional patient care and support our patient advocate mission. $10,000 sign‑on bonus and a competitive benefits package including health insurance, 401k, dental, vision, PTO and wellness benefits.

Monday‑Thursday 8 a‑5 p, Friday 8 a‑3 p – 30 hrs minimum for full benefits. Bi‑weekly pay with Daily Pay option allows you to receive earned pay as earned.

• Current dental hygienist license in Virginia and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene.
• Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation.
• CPR certification.

• Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x‑rays and electronic medical record systems.
• Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet patient needs.
• Clinical experience as required by office.

• Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Prolonged periods sitting and standing; ability to lift up to 45 lb.
• Availability to attend virtual training sessions periodically throughout the year.
• TB test required for all new hires in dental office positions.
