  • Support the doctor and clinical team by identifying unscheduled or incomplete treatments for follow-up.
Sales & Communication Excellence
  • Apply active listening techniques to understand patient concerns and tailor responses.
  • Build rapport, instill trust, and use objection-handling strategies to guide patients toward acceptance.
  • Confidently address financial hesitation, treatment anxiety, or misconceptions with empathy and clarity.
  • Manage conflict situations by staying calm, validating patient feelings, and offering constructive solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of all conversations, financial discussions, and patient communications in the system.
Administrative & Team Support
  • Greet patients warmly and manage check-in/check-out with professionalism.
  • Verify insurance eligibility, obtain detailed insurance breakdowns, and accurately input data into Open Dental.
  • Assist in coordinating treatment schedules, consent forms, and pre-authorizations.
  • Ensure insurance and patient information remains current at all times.
  • Support front office operations by assisting with scheduling, phones, and coordination when needed.
