Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Assistance:
Provide detailed, knowledgeable responses to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, including travel options, destinations, and special requests. - Travel Booking:
Manage bookings for flights, hotels, tours, and transportation, ensuring a seamless experience for customers. - Issue Resolution:
Address any customer concerns or complaints promptly, ensuring swift and satisfactory resolutions. - Personalized Service:
Offer customized travel recommendations based on customer preferences and needs. - Documentation & Billing:
Accurately process bookings, issue invoices, and handle payment transactions. - Relationship Building:
Foster long-term relationships with customers, enhancing customer retention and satisfaction. - Stay Informed:
Keep up-to-date with the latest travel trends, industry regulations, and product offerings to better serve customers.
- Previous experience in a customer service or travel-related role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle customer issues efficiently.
- Knowledge of travel booking systems and industry regulations is a plus.
