We are looking to hire BDC Associates to monitor and follow up with service customer contacts received via the Internet, phone, and visits to the dealership. Outstanding customer service, organization, and follow-through are required. We are looking for candidates with good people skills, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Managing customer inquiries, responding to inquiries in a timely fashion, and answering questions
  • Follow up with customers and return voicemails and messages to answer customers' questions
  • Setting appointments for customers
  • Clearly and professionally document all customer feedback and information
Requirements
  • Ability to professionally and positively interact with customers via phone and email
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize work assignments and shift work efforts based on the needs of a department or business goal
  • Must be able to read, write, and type reports/correspondence
  • Customer service, sales, or telemarketing background helpful
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • A positive attitude, an exceptional work ethic, and a willingness to learn
  • Computer literacy, organization skills, follow-up skills, typing skills
  • Authorized to work in the USA
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening, MVR, and drug test
  • Must have a valid driver"s license
