Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative based in Richmond, VA. The representative will interact with customers to address inquiries, provide support, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include handling phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions, resolving issues, providing guidance regarding company services, and supporting our mission to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Qualifications- Proficiency in customer service and customer support to address and resolve client inquiries effectively
- Experience in ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering excellent customer experience
- Strong communication skills in both English and a second language; bilingual capabilities are essential
- Ability to work on-site in Richmond, VA and collaborate as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Basic proficiency in computer systems and customer relationship management tools
- Previous experience in the home or business organizing industry is a plus
