Key Responsibilities- Communicate with clients to gather preferences, timelines, and requirements
- Research destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activity options
- Coordinate and confirm reservations accurately
- Prepare itineraries, confirmations, and supporting documentation
- Assist with updates, changes, or adjustments as needed
- Provide professional support before, during, and after trips
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- High attention to detail and follow‑through
- Customer service or coordination experience preferred
