We’re looking for a field leaderwho can run commercial sitework, manage crews and equipment, and deliver high-quality work safely and efficiently.
If you’ve worked with a large sitework or civil contractor and want a role where your leadership truly matters, this could be a great fit.
The RoleAs Superintendent, you’ll lead from the front. In the early stages, this is a hands‑on position where you’ll set the pace, establish standards, and build a strong, high‑performing crew. You’ll work directly with ownership and have real authority in the field, without layers of red tape.
Responsibilities- Oversee all field operations on commercial excavation and grading projects
- Manage crews, equipment, schedules, and production goals
- Coordinate with general contractors, engineers, and inspectors
- Ensure safety, quality, and efficiency on site
- Train and develop a reliable, high‑performing team
- 5–10+ years of superintendent‑level experience in commercial sitework
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience managing complex excavation, grading, storm drain, and wet utilities operations
- Proven ability to deliver projects safely, on time, and to spec
- Leads by example with a hands‑on approach
