A leading construction firm in Virginia is seeking a full-time Lead Project Superintendent with multifamily construction expertise. In this role, you will manage project superintendents and field teams, ensuring successful project delivery. The ideal candidate should have 7–10 years of experience in commercial or multifamily construction, including managing projects valued over $30 million. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.

OSHA training is required alongside proficiency in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and scheduling software.
