Commercial Construction Assistant Project Manager; APM

We're looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager (APM) to join our Special Projects team
, focusing on tenant upfits and fast-paced interiors work. You'll support project managers with submittals, procurement, and administrative coordination - playing a key role in helping projects run smoothly from kickoff to closeout.

• Assist with project administration, submittals, and document tracking
• Coordinate procurement and manage material logistics
• Support communication with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
• Help ensure deadlines and quality standards are met across multiple jobs

• A strong work ethic and "figure it out" mindset - attitude is everything
• 1–3 years of experience in construction, ideally on interiors or special projects
• Background as a Project Engineer at a GC or construction firm is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Procore or similar platforms a plus
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required

• Annual salary of $60,000-$80,000 per year, plus a BONUS.
