Directional Bore Foreman - $5000 sign on bonus
Curtis Contracting Inc, the Best Choice Employer in construction, is hiring a Directional Bore Foreman. The Foreman will be responsible for assisting the Supervisor by leading field crews to meet project goals in a safe manner.
Responsibilities
Lead various size projectsEnsure accuracy of time sheets and expense reportsDevelop work-around procedures to maintain crew productivity during delays caused by other trades, customer issues, lack of materials, absenteeism, etc.Monitor Quality Assurance and ensure installations meet customer specifications and industry standardsEnsure safety practices are observed by all crews during their workReport, coordinate, and supervise all aspects of a projectPerform site surveys for estimates, proposal preparation, or quality assurance, possibly independentlyRequirements & Qualifications
Extensive electrical distribution construction experienceHorizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) experience is requiredExperience working from blueprints and specificationsHigh school education or equivalent industry-related coursesBenefits
