Pay: $150K - $200K + bonus

Overview

The Project Executive provides executive leadership and oversight for large-scale electrical construction projects across multiple locations and market sectors. This position can sit in the Richmond, VA or Canonsburg, PA office.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight for multiple large‑scale electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Manage a portfolio exceeding $50M annually within a multi‑trade MEP environment
• Serve as the executive point of contact for clients and key stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, OSHA regulations, NEC, and contractual requirements
• Oversee project budgets, forecasts, financial reporting, and risk management
• Lead and develop project management and field leadership teams
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including operations, estimating, planning, fabrication, procurement, safety, and finance
• Support bid development, delivery strategy selection, and subcontractor/vendor evaluation
• Drive schedule performance, resource planning, and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of leadership experience in electrical construction
• Background in data center, healthcare, mission critical, sports & entertainment, or light industrial markets
• Strong leadership, communication, and financial management skills
• Proficiency with construction management and project controls software
• Willingness to travel approximately 4 nights per month
