United Contractor Services is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Construction Site Safety Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate has unquestionable work ethic, a passion for solving problems, and helps our clients succeed. A key focus of this role ensures office and job-site employees are trained in all safety programs and protocols, including federal/state regulations, to prevent accidents and injuries.

• 4+ years Construction Safety experience.
• OSHA 30 and 500 Certifications.
• Bi-lingual English and Spanish (required).

• Demonstrate quality and productive leadership skills.
• Implement safety programs daily.
• Lead employee & subcontractor onsite training and organize workshops.
• This position may require being on your feet approximately 80% of the time.
• Must be able to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.

• $60,000–$90,000 yearly salary range (based on experience and qualifications).
