At Urban Core Construction, our Special Projects division is how Urban Core got started. From banks to boutique fitness centers, restaurants to universities, we love the unique nature of each new job. We are growing our team and are looking for a Construction Site Superintendent (Interiors) to help us build these projects, manage sites, and work with our trade partners.

• Manage Subcontractors: oversee everyone involved in the project to ensure the plan is clear, expectations are understood, and everyone works together efficiently.
• Oversee the Job from Start to Finish: ensure the project stays on or ahead of schedule.
• Safety First: proactively ensure all safety standards are met. Be prepared for OSHA inspections.

  promote Urban Core values and culture with subcontractors, team members, owners, and inspectors.
• Project Details: maintain a firm grasp of every project detail, from plans, submittals, sequencing, and documentation.

• 1-2 years of experience in commercial or residential construction as a site superintendent (preferred).
• Software knowledge:
  Excel, Bluebeam, Microsoft Word, Procore.
• Familiarity with interpreting site plans and maintaining accurate project documentation.
• Knowledge of safety standards to maintain project safety.
• Experience with site management and leading projects; understanding master and look-ahead schedules.

• Annual salary of $70,000-$90,000 per year, plus a bonus.
• Employee health coverage, 100% paid by the company.
• 401(k) with company match of 100% up to 3%, and 50% up to 5%.
• Unlimited vacation.
• All projects within 60 minutes of Richmond.
