Brokerage Operations Account Services Specialist - Richmond, VA
This is an in-office position located at 1001 Semmes Avenue, Richmond, Virginia.
Responsibilities- Update client and account information within firm applications while maintaining a high degree of accuracy.
- Ensure account documentation is received, reviewed for accuracy and completeness, cataloged on the account, and imaged in the firm's digital repository.
- Communicate directly with the front office by responding to emails and phone inquiries.
- Work relevant department reports within designated time frame.
- Support Asset Management Account (AMA) check writing and debit card products.
- Assist in ad hoc projects required to be completed by the department.
- Assist in gathering materials and documentation for both internal and external audits.
- Adhere to the regulators and guidelines established by Financial Regulatory Authority (FINRA), Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), and other regulatory bodies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education, training and work-related experience.
- Provide high-quality client service.
- Ability to handle multiple assignments; work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
- Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality.
- Strong organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office software products.
- One year of brokerage industry experience
All regular teammates (not temporary or contingent workers) working 20 hours or more per week are eligible for benefits, though eligibility for specific benefits may be determined by the division of Truist offering the position.
