Each trainee spends approximately 12 months developing and mastering skills needed for success across multiple areas of the organization. The program provides a cross‑functional, hands‑on learning experience through guided segments in the following areas:

• Orientation to CE’s mission, vision, values, and culture
• Product and sales knowledge, sales techniques, and marketing strategies
• Residential and commercial sales
• Wholesale and branch sales functions
• Distribution and warehouse operations
• Creating a great customer experience

• Graduated within two years of earning a bachelor’s degree from an accredited four‑year institution with a major in Business, Management, Supply Chain, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Creative, self‑motivated, tenacious, ambitious, and enthusiastic
• Ability to work in changing environments and see projects through to completion
• Willingness to travel during the training period
• Ability to relocate upon completion of the training program
• Strong interest (and desire to learn) in customer service, distribution operations, supply chain operations, store operations, or commercial engineering is a plus
• Internship experience in any of the above areas is a plus
