Amida Technology Solutions is seeking a Business Analyst Manager
. The successful candidate will lead the business analytics function across client engagements. This role will report to the VP of Service Delivery. The ideal candidate will be motivated by the opportunity to support public agencies, nonprofit organizations, and private companies in transforming their data into actionable insights. Preference will be given to candidates able to work a hybrid schedule in our Richmond, VA office.

What

You Will Do
  • Develop business analysis models, processes, and templates to standardize same across the company.
  • Gather and document project requirements and processes.
  • Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
  • Support requirements validation through analysis and stakeholder review.
  • Develop and recommend solutions to business problems.
  • Support implementation of systems, processes, and solutions.
  • Produce high-quality documentation that contributes to the overall success of our company.
  • Contribute to RFP responses by developing functional narratives, use cases, workflows, and solution diagrams.
  • Participate in oral presentations, solution walkthroughs, and Q&A sessions with state agencies and executive stakeholders.
  • Clearly articulate product differentiators, implementation strategy, and Medicaid domain capabilities during proposal presentations.
  • Lead and support live product demonstrations tailored to Medicaid agencies and executive audiences.
  • Translate complex technical features into business-value narratives during demos.
  • Customize demonstration scripts to align with state-specific requirements and pain points.
  • Lead and mentor business analysts.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Required Education
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Required Experience
  • Eight years of experience in business analysis or a related function.
  • Three years of experience managing a business analytics function and team.
  • Experience with requirements traceability, documentation standards, and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Azure Dev Ops).
Required Skills
  • Ability to analyze complex data and business processes.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Meticulous in documenting requirements and ensuring accuracy.
  • Strong understanding of Medicaid data structures, reporting requirements, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Demonstrated experience contributing to RFP responses and participating in oral proposal presentations.
  • Experience conducting structured product demonstrations for enterprise or government clients.
Preferred
  • History of establishing collaborative relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Experience with Medicaid data platforms, data lake houses, or analytics solutions.
  • Familiarity with CMS certification lifecycle (ORR, CR, SMC) and federal reporting processes.
  • Background in product management or product strategy within healthcare technology.
