Location: Richmond, VA – Near West End
Schedule: Part-time (20–25 hours/week + occasional events)
Compensation: $15/hour + commission + performance bonus

, we’re more than a boutique fitness studio—we’re a passionate community focused on empowerment through movement. We’re looking for a Lead Sales Associate to take ownership of the front desk, support our sales team, and help cultivate a vibrant, high-performing studio environment.

• Deliver an exceptional first impression and provide ongoing high-level support to every client
• Drive membership and retail sales through thoughtful consultation and relationship-building
• Use Club Ready to manage client accounts, track key metrics, and follow up with leads
• Proactively resolve member issues and support retention through outreach and service

• Lead, coach, and support Sales Associates with confidence and empathy
• Create a motivating, accountable front desk culture rooted in professionalism and positivity
• Serve as the go-to resource during shifts and support team-wide communication

• Oversee daily front desk and retail area operations with efficiency and attention to detail
• Maintain studio cleanliness, restock supplies, and manage visual merchandising
• Process and track sales, support inventory reporting, and assist in quarterly counts
• Monitor and confirm staff hours for payroll submission
• Collaborate with the Regional General Manager to support events and campaigns
• Coordinate quarterly community outreach and pop-ups to attract new members
• Manage communication boards, weekly member lists, and special touchpoints like postcards
• Ensure seamless execution of Open House weekends and studio events

• 10% on 4-Class, 8-Class, Pure Start, and Lifestyle Memberships
• 5% on Annual Paid-in-Full Lifestyle Memberships
• 2% on Class Packs. Commission applies to first-time recurring membership sales only.

• Based on Net Membership Units (NMU) and total Membership Draft Collected
• Increase bonus potential by reactivating former members, converting class pack users, and managing cancellations proactively

• Monday: 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Thursday: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Friday: On Call (10:00 AM – 12:00 PM)
• Saturday: 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM
  Additional hours may be required during Open House weekends or studio events.

You’ll report directly to the Regional General Manager and work alongside instructors, studio leadership, and your fellow front desk team. You’ll also participate in:

• Weekly sales calls (Mondays)
• One-on-one meetings with the RGM
• Weekly member tracking reports
• Community engagement planning
