About the Role:

Burwell Material Handling is hiring a Rental Coordinator. In this role, you’ll support the rental department by coordinating rental activity, tracking inventory, and helping deliver excellent service to internal and external customers. If you're organized, dependable, and enjoy being at the center of a fast-moving team—we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:
  • Handle inbound phone calls from customers and team members.
  • Manage the rental process for the branch—quote equipment, coordinate deliveries and pickups, handle billing, and monitor rental inventory.
  • Prepare rental agreements and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Assist with collection efforts on past-due rental invoices when needed.
  • Keep internal teams updated on equipment statuses and completed tasks.
  • Track and report KPIs like utilization, dormancy, and fleet rightsizing.
  • Experience in rental coordination or customer service is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Clear and professional communication style.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and works well with others.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including sitting, standing, walking and lifting.
