We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Servicing and Payments Product team in Capital One Small Business Bank. In this role, you will be responsible for reimagining the servicing and payment experiences for small business associates. You will define, build, and accelerate experiences for front line & back office associates that enable us to serve small business customers quickly and in a well-managed way.

Your role will be equal parts coach, visionary, and problem solver, and you will be responsible for leading a high-impact, associate product team, co-creating a vision for the future, gaining broad stakeholder alignment, and guiding cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional value while knocking down all the things that slow us down.
