Job Summary

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans and events for sales channels across the organization in order to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and project management expertise to drive marketing initiatives that align with the company's goals and objectives.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and achieve business objectives.
• Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional media.
• Track and report result on campaign efficiencies and performance metrics.
• Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing campaigns, provide actionable insights and feedback to leadership.
• Maintain and enhance the company's brand identity and ensure consistency across all marketing materials and communications, Act as a brand steward, ensuring all marketing activities align with brand standards.
• Manage the launch of factory and supplier programs, coordinate with suppliers to ensure successful program implementation.
• Plan and execute marketing events, including trade shows, product launches, and promotional events, coordinate logistics, and promotional activities for events.
• Oversee the management of CE Rewards programs; ensure timely and accurate distribution of rewards.
