Are you a recent graduate with a sharp analytical mind and an interest in how products win in the marketplace? We are looking for a high-potential, entry-level professional to join our team. This isn’t just a data entry job; it is a developmental role designed to turn a motivated individual with a technical lean and a marketing interest into a strategic product leader.

You will start by mastering the fundamentals of our customer base and pricing discipline, eventually evolving into a key player who shapes product line strategy, market assessment, and brand direction.

• Pricing Fundamentals: Complete a comprehensive first-year learning phase focused on understanding our customer base, pricing structures, and maintaining strict pricing discipline.
• Data Management: Work extensively within Excel to manage high volumes of data manually while maintaining 100% accuracy.
• Administrative Compliance: Ensure all pricing activities and records meet company compliance and documentation standards.
• Process Optimization: Identify "bottlenecks" in our manual workflows and find opportunities to streamline or automate them.
• Market & Marketing Assessment: Gradually take on responsibility for analyzing market trends, competitor behavior, and consumer interest to help guide the direction of our product lines.
• Strategic Analysis: Move beyond the "what" of the data to the "so what," helping the team determine long-term pricing strategy, product positioning, and business growth.

• Education: Recent graduate with an interest in marketing and market analysis (open to various degree backgrounds including Business, Finance, or technical fields).
• Technical Aptitude: Strong comfort level with Excel and the ability to pick up new technical skills and functions quickly.
• Strategically Curious: A genuine interest in marketing and product management—you care about how a product is positioned in the market and why customers choose it.
• Critical Thinking: Ability to look beyond manual tasks to identify "the why" behind the data and suggest better ways of operating.
• Detail-Oriented: You take pride in "clean" data and administrative compliance.
• Ambitious: A desire to "put your mark" on the process and grow quickly within a strategic group.

• Mentorship: We will teach you the nuances of pricing and market strategy from the ground up—no prior pricing experience required.
