We bring together cross‑functional experts to help drive Capital One's enterprise product, data, design, machine learning and engineering, data science, and developer capabilities. • At least 5 years of experience working in Product Management
• Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)
  • Master's Degree in a quantitative field (same fields) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration

• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer‑facing digital products

The minimum and maximum full‑time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location.

• McLean, VA: $193,000 - $220,300 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management
• New York, NY: $210,500 - $240,300 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management
• Richmond, VA: $175,500 - $200,300 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management

This role is also eligible to earn performance‑based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and/or long‑term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non‑discretionary depending on the plan.
