Our Business Solutions Senior Manager will focus primarily on the coordination and facilitation of the product lifecycle for Child Fund’s sponsorship engagement ecosystem. Partnering with a technical Product Owner, the Manager will build and drive the systems team, own the strategic vision for our Salesforce and other internal sponsorship engagement tool ecosystems and will play a consultative role for stakeholder business units.

Key clients include multiple function heads across Fundraising & Engagement, Finance, Business Development and Grants Management. This position serves as a critical facilitator, planner and communicator for the ongoing growth and improvement of this core toolset. Ultimately, this candidate will play a key role in ensuring that our tools meet business objectives, are readily adopted by various audiences and successfully support Child Fund in achieving our mission.

In addition, this manager will work closely with colleagues on the Business Solutions team to oversee the product lifecycle of other tools outside their portfolio, and support other ongoing work, as needed.

This is a full-time, hybrid position located in Richmond, Virginia currently requiring 2 days per week in the office.

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
• BS/BA or equivalent experience required. Master’s degree in relevant field preferred.

• Experience in working and communicating successfully with stakeholders at all levels
• Entrepreneurial eagerness to pitch new ideas, take initiative, and look for opportunities for improvement
• Ability to analyze business challenges with a data-driven approach
• Experience with Salesforce CRM and/or other Salesforce Cloud tools or CRM tools
• Experience working using Agile methodologies
• Experience in project management and coordination
• Experience in driving results with both internal engineering/development teams as well as through implementation partners
• Experience with business process design, optimization, and management
• Experience in successfully communicating and partnering with internal and external international clients
• Strong knowledge of key functional areas including customer service, sponsorship, finance and business development strongly preferred
• Experience with and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools a plus
• Experience with Microsoft Dev Ops a plus
